HIV Parichay Matrimony – Child Safety Standards

At HIV Parichay Matrimony, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors.

1. Adults Only (18+)

HIV Parichay Matrimony is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using our platform.

If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, it will be suspended or permanently removed immediately.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

HIV Parichay Matrimony strictly prohibits:

• Any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempting to exploit a minor
• Sexualization of minors
• Sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing any content involving minors in a sexual context
• Any activity that threatens the safety or wellbeing of children

Any such content or behavior will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law.

3. Reporting and Moderation

Users are encouraged to report any profile, message, image, or activity that violates these standards.

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

• Remove offending content
• Suspend or permanently ban user accounts
• Restrict platform access
• Preserve evidence where legally required
• Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities

4. User Responsibilities

All users must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Respect other users.
• Avoid uploading or sharing illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Report suspicious behavior immediately.

5. Compliance with Laws

HIV Parichay Matrimony complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with law enforcement agencies when legally required to investigate Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation or other criminal activities.

• Permanent ban from HIV Parichay Matrimony
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law
